Our handmade tile products are mainly produced in different color batches. This means that the stock we have in our warehouse today may differ from a new shipment and possibly produce color differences when they are placed together. For that reason we use an adapted return policy and hope for your understanding. We advise you to calculate the required tiles / products very well or to check the offered quotation / drawing properly.

Cement tiles, Moroccan tiles, Spanish tiles, Mosaic, Ceramic tiles, Paint and tiles that are specifically ordered for you at our factory (s):

For products which we have in our standard range and from which we have stock, we can accept unopened boxes. For these products, we provide vouchers for returns up to 14 days after purchase (the invoice date is leading). 
Unfortunately we cannot take back custom-made products.
We cannot return cash, you will receive a voucher. Returns must comply with the following conditions.

Impregnation and Cleaning agents, Tile adhesive and grouts:

These products can be returned for up to 14 days after purchase (the invoice date is leading) for which you will receive a credit invoice that will be paid out by bank transfer. Returns must comply with the following conditions.


  • Returns must be returned within the set date via the return form that can be found on our website.
  • We only accept full and unopened boxes / packaging, in its original condition.
  • We do not take back samples.
  • We do not reimburse shipping costs.
  • It is possible that you have ordered too much of a tile product to be sure you have enough in your project. However, we never return more than 10% of the initial order.
  • You must take care of the return of the tiles / products at our location in Breda. We do not come by to collect returns. We can arrange a transport. Costs will be involved that are for the account of the customer.
  • You must be able to submit an original invoice at all times in order to use our return policy.
  • Complaints must be communicated within 24 hours. If you are not satisfied with your order, the order is damaged or products are missing, we ask you kindly but urgently to contact us within 24 hours!
  • Custom products (specifically tailored and colored and different from our range) cannot be returned at all. We cannot provide a voucher for this either.
  • All products that are ordered or produced especially for you, and which are therefore not in stock in our warehouse, cannot be returned. 
  • As soon as products have been used in your project, complaints for possible color differences will lapse.
  • We are happy to help you calculate the required tile products. We do this on the basis of the measurements you have provided. However, you are responsible for a correct calculation. Calculate how much you need before you place a final order!
  • Vouchers are valid up to one year after issue and can only be redeemed in one of our stores in their original condition. That means that we cannot accept copies or scans.
  • Vouchers cannot be redeemed against cash.
