We deliver throughout the UK and the rest of Europe. We work with different transport companies to guarantee a fast (and break free) delivery.

Your order can be delivered to your doorstep. The carrier does not help to lift the tiles inside though, please keep this in mind. If you have a garage that is easily accessible, the carrier can help to drive the pallet with tiles into your garage.

As a rule the transport company phones or texts you with the date and time of delivery. Make sure someone is home on the agreed date to receive the order. If nobody is home, extra costs might be charged for a new delivery date.

Transport costs

The cost of transportation are dependent on the volume and weight of your order.
We offer different sizes of pallets to make sure we keep the transport prizes as low as possible.

With your quote for our products we always automatically include the shipping costs for your destination. So please provide us with correct delivery address details.
If you’d like to know transport costs first, please give us a call so we can calculate the costs on the spot.

Rather arrange your own transport?

It is possible to arrange your own transport. Consult the desired pick-up date with us and we will ensure that your order is ready. We are happy to help with loading and have and all kinds of transport equipment available to ensure a smooth delivery.

Important: Your order must be paid in full before it is allowed to leave our warehouse. If your order is scheduled to be delivered with our carrier, please make sure that the payment has been made well in advance. Without full payment orders are not released.


Orders with sample tiles leave our warehouse daily and are shipped with our partner DHL.
Samples can be ordered at our warehouse and shipping costs vary based on delivery address.
We will add the costs to your sample quote.

You can also order maintenance products such as impregnation fluids or tile soap. These are also sent via DHL and you can expect them to be delivered within 48 hours (in Europe). We depend on our logistics partners so the delivery date cannot be guaranteed for 100%, we will do our utmost though to help you in the fastest way possible!

Complaints & reclamations must be reported within 24 hours. If you are not happy with your order; the order is damaged or products are missing, we ask you kindly but urgently to contact us within 24 hours!
